Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paper work that may be required. There’s nothing fashionable about being late, you’ll just deprive yourself of the full treatment time.

Cancellation

All appointments must be secured with a verifiable credit card to ensure your reservation time. We know things can suddenly pop up but please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a treatment. If appropriate notice is not given you will be charged a flat fee $75 for your treatment. If you do not notify us at all (no-show), your entire treatment fee will be charged to your credit card. If you have purchased a series (example laser hair removal package) the treatment will be deducted from your package.

Scheduling

MD Cosmetics is always buzzing so reservations are highly recommended; but when time permits, walk-ins are welcome. Please call ahead and we will do our best to get you an appointment. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.

Payment policy

MD Cosmetics accepts Cash, Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment. Sorry we NO longer accept Care Credit All gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician/clinician in cash or by personal check. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot add a gratuity to your credit card.

Client satisfaction

We think our products are the best and we think you’ll enjoy them just as much. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase from MD Cosmetics, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item for store credit toward another product or service of equal or greater value. We cannot issue cash refunds. Please note, MD Cosmetic Gift Cards, Series/Package purchases, and medical grade (Vivite) (Clarisonic) products are not refundable. All Facial series expire after 1 year and laser hair removal expires 18 years from date of purchase.

Odds and ends

We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

A tranquil environment is desired by our clients; please do not bring small children under the age of 13 to the spa during your scheduled appointment as we are not able to care for them during your stay. This will result in cancellation of the service and a cancellation charge.

Tipping

To reward exceptional service, tipping is at your discretion. Cash or Check only.
